Greasemonkey scripts written by Craig J Copi

Mostly useless Greasemonkey scripts I've written.

1. cwruhypeenvironment.user.js: Fix references to "most powerful learning environment" on case/cwru web pages.
2. flexlayout.user.js: Set widths on all items (where it is available) to 100% if these widths are not relative and are not too small (see code for minsize). Ideally this adjusts the sizes of the "main" columns in fixed width layouts. Background body images are also removed (via css). This attempts to follow the generic paradigm that many poorly designed fixed width sites use one or two large central columns for information. If we allow those columns to be variable width instead of fixed width the information will be much easier to read. This works for many sites and breaks many others. Only some are listed by default.
